1. Contract parties: The contract is between the buyer/customer/customer availing the quoted services from the service provider/seller/vendor ISA Pune Section, hereafter referred as ISA Pune.
2. Contract: shall be in form of a written Purchase Order or Service order, signed by a legally authorized official of the purchasing party.
3. Acceptance of contract: Contract shall be deemed to be accepted by the contractor by an email acknowledgement by authorized functionaries or respective Chairs of ISA Pune Section.
4. Price: Prices shall be firm as contracted and will not be changed during tenure of validity of the contract undertaken. No pricing shall be considered other than those agreed expressly in writing by ISA Pune Section.
5. Price changes: All course prices are subject to change without notice.
6. Payment: Full payment is due at the time of registration and must be received prior to the first day of the course. Credit card or company purchase order are acceptable methods of payment. If payment is not received in advance, seats are not guaranteed in the course.
7. GST: GST is chargeable on all basic prices quoted and is currently 18% with SAC Code 999294.
8. TDS: Tax may be deducted by corporate clients while making the payment and must reflect on Direct Taxes Portal to ISA Pune Section’s account in the next tax deposit cycle.
9. Cancellation policy:
a. If the training plans change and client must cancel the registration: If you cancel at least two weeks before the start date of the course, the registration can be transferred to next course offering but no refund will be provided.
b. If the cancellation is by client less than two weeks before the course start date: There are no refunds, and there are no transfers. ISA Pune reserves the right to offer the participant/s to complete the M2 course (a self-paced online mode course), if acceptable by ISA Training.
c. Cancellation by ISA: ISA Pune reserves the right to cancel any instructor-led or web training course in the event of minimum registrations requirements, or force majeure conditions such as earthquake/fire/floods/riots/war etc. In the event of instructor-led course cancellation, ISA will notify all registrants no later than ten (10) days prior to scheduled course date. ISA is not responsible for any participant’s travel or company related scheduling expenses incurred prior to a course cancellation decision.
10. Course material: Course workbook to support lecture and lab exercises, Certificate of completion & Examination.
11. Examination fees: ISA’s Training Course Fees includes online examination by authorized independent third-party partners. Examination Codes shall be shared within 15 days of Course completion, subject to payment in full. Examinations have to take within 3 months of Codes receipt, in case taken thereafter, a fee is applied by ISA.
12. Online courses: all online courses of International Society of Automation purchased from www.isa.org website are outside the preview or jurisdiction of ISA Pune Section and are not refundable, changeable or liable for any refunds by us.
13. Refunds for merchandise (if applicable): not applicable as we do not sell physical merchandise as of date.
14. Exchanges (if applicable): not applicable due to condition 13.
15. Jurisdiction: all disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
